Biography

I have lived along the coastline of New England for most of my life. Having developed a love for the ocean at a young age, I have been fortunate to spend endless hours on or near the water. Through my photography I like to convey a sense of presence and peacefulness the ocean and shoreline offer. And allow the viewer to slip away from the distractions that surround us.

This body of work captures the seashore and its environments in ways seldom witnessed by the passer-by. The use of camera motion, long exposures, alternative views, and unique circumstances show beauty in alternative and abstract ways.

My wife Claire and I live on Cape Cod with our dogs Emmy and Poppy.
